How can I get an estimate?
1. Click on the "Let's Chat!" bubble on the bottom right of the screen and share a little about what you are looking for and hear back from a representative.

2. Give us a call or send us an email to schedule a time for us to come measure your house, talk about the vision, and give you a FREE quote!

3. If you have the measurements for the area you're looking to get done --> send us the information, pictures, and what you're looking for via email and we will send you a quote within 24 hours!
What do I do after I decide I want to hire Creative Hardwood LLC?
Give us a call or send us an email letting us know you would like to more forward and we will get your project scheduled!
Will the hardwood flooring need to acclimate?
Yes. If your flooring project includes installation of hardwood we will deliver the hardwood to your house prior to install. This will give the wood time to acclimate to your home's specific humidity.
Can I be home while the project takes place?
We recommend staying off the floors for the duration of the entire project. However, there is flexibility during the begging of the project. However, It is crucial to not walk across the floor during the coating process.

When can I walk on the floor after the project is completed?
For the first 48 hours we recommend only walking on the floor in socks and keeping furniture off of the floors. When bringing the furniture back in we recommend no dragging or sliding - EVEN IF it has "hardwood safe" sliders. After the first 48 hours we recommend light traffic for the remainder of the week. No pets; no cleaning products; no vacuuming; no rugs.
After 1 week we would say you are free to operate as normal!

What happens with the furniture and appliances?
Typically, the customer is responsible for moving the furniture and appliances. Most people store their furniture and appliances in the garage for the duration of the process.
However, if moving furniture and appliances is a concern, we do offer a moving service that we would be happy to discuss!
How messy is the process?
At Creative Hardwood LLC we use a dustless hardwood floor sanding system to contain as much dust as possible. That being said, some of the fine dust particles will still manage to escape.
We will cover your cabinets, stove, chandelier, and other delicate decor with plastic to keep the dust that escapes well managed. We also clean up after the project is completed.
